Check legal help paths

Legal questions need the right channel because account data should not be shared in open chat without checks. We keep the first answer practical: tell us whether your issue is about terms, privacy, cookies, payment records, eligibility, or a correction request. From there, we verify your account and move the case to the right desk.

Team online

Live chat policy desk

Use live chat from 09:00 to 01:00 WIB when a term, privacy choice, or eligibility question blocks your account step. We ask for your username and last login device before discussing account records.

Account request ticket

Open Account > Legal > Requests and send a ticket when you need a written answer. Attach the DANA, OVO, GoPay, or QRIS receipt ID only if the legal question involves wallet records.

Identity change queue

For document changes, ask support to move your case to the account team during 10:00 to 22:00 WIB. We confirm the registered phone or email before changing legal identity fields.

DATA HANDLING

Manage your data and account records

A legal page should tell you what happens after you share data, not just list rules.

Account identity

We use your registered phone or email, username, and selected profile fields to match you with the account record. If those details change, we require a logged-in request before updating legal identity data.

Payment records

DANA, OVO, GoPay, and QRIS receipts are used to match wallet activity with your account. We check sender name, receipt ID, and transaction time when a legal wallet question is raised.

Cookie choices

Cookies help keep your session, language setting, and legal notice status in place. You can clear browser cookies, but we may ask you to log in again before showing account records.

Device sessions

We log device type, browser, IP region, and login time to protect access records. If a new phone appears after a password reset, support may ask for an extra account check.

Correction requests

Use Account > Legal > Requests to ask for a name, phone, or email correction. We compare the request with login history and wallet records before changing legal fields on the profile.

Record retention

We retain legal, payment, and account access records for operational and legal reasons. When you ask to close an account, we explain which records can be removed and which must be kept.

Ask legal questions before joining

These answers cover the legal points you may want to check before opening or using an account. If your question depends on a payment receipt, login device, or identity correction, contact us through the account request path so we can answer against your own record.

Your account is governed by our terms, privacy rules, cookie choices, and payment record checks. Access depends on local law, and we may ask for identity or wallet matching before we process account changes.

Access is available where local law permits. We do not decide your local eligibility for you, so you should check the rules that apply to your location before creating or using an account.

Log in, open Account > Legal > Requests, and choose correction request. We check the registered phone or email, recent login device, and any linked wallet record before changing legal account fields.

Receipts help us match wallet activity to the correct account when a legal payment question appears. We look at receipt ID, sender name, and transaction time rather than asking for unrelated private data.

We may pause the affected account action while support checks the record. You can still contact us through live chat or Account > Legal > Requests and ask which detail needs confirmation.

You can ask us to close your account through the legal request path. Some records may be removed, while payment, security, and account access records may need to stay for legal or operational reasons.

Cookies keep your session, legal notice status, and basic preference settings on your phone or browser. If you clear them, you may need to log in again before account records are visible.
